Cancellation Policies
In-Person Professional Development
Once a date has been confirmed for your In-Person Professional Development Session, we kindly request a minimum of 28 days notice if there are any changes to the scheduled date or time.
Changes made within 28 days of the scheduled session—including cancellations or rescheduling—will incur a $750 fee to help offset travel arrangements and reserved trainer time.
All Professional Development services must be utilized within the contracted service period. Sessions rescheduled beyond the contract year may be subject to current pricing and availability.
Virtual Professional Development
Once scheduled, your Virtual Professional Development session reserves both the date and the presenter.
We kindly request a minimum of 14 days’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests made within 14 days, or no-shows will incur a $500 fee to account for reserved presenter time.
Implementation Coaching Package
All implementation coaching packages must be utilized within the contracted service period. We recommend scheduling your first call within 2 months to ensure full utilization.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 7 or more days in advance will not incur a fee.
For changes made within 7 days of the scheduled session, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling based on availability; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
